One Platform. Three Roles. Total Clarity.

MotoTracker dashboards are purpose-built for Riders, Rally Coordinators, and Administrators — each designed around clarity, verification, and accountability.

No clutter.
No inflated stats.
No confusing GPS noise.

Every dashboard answers a simple question:

“What actually counts?”

🏍 Rider Dashboard

Your Ride. Verified.

The Rider Dashboard is your control center — a single-page snapshot of your verified progress across all joined rides.

MotoTracker does not treat raw GPS pings as “progress.”
Credits only exist once they are officially recorded and verified in the system.

That means what you see here is real, auditable, and replay-safe.

At-a-Glance Progress (KPI Strip)

Right at the top, you see your real numbers:

Waypoint Credits
Your total verified waypoint hits — your true score.

Evidence Submissions
How many GPX or photo uploads you’ve made.

GPS Events (Visibility Only)
Raw GPS activity received — clearly labeled as non-credit data.

GPS Auto Credits
Credits earned automatically via GPS verification.

This separation keeps things transparent: activity is not the same as achievement.

Quick Actions (Built for Riders)

When you’re on the road, testing a route, or reviewing progress, speed matters.

The dashboard provides direct access to:

  • Waypoint Credits
  • My Rides
  • GPS Account Details
  • GPS Device Management
  • Upload GPX
  • Upload Photo Evidence
  • Evidence Submissions

No digging. No confusion. Just fast access to what you need.

Verified Progress Map

The map view shows only credited waypoints — not raw GPS trails.

If it’s on the map, it counts.

If you haven’t earned any credits yet, you’ll see a clear prompt. Once you do, your verified waypoints appear instantly for visual confirmation.

This is not a live tracker.
It’s your verified accomplishment map.

Recent Activity (What Just Happened?)

Two sections keep things crystal clear:

Recent Waypoint Hits

Your most recent verified credits — whether earned via GPS, GPX, or photo.

You’ll see:

  • Ride name

  • Waypoint

  • Timestamp

  • Status (Auto / Confirmed / Rejected)

  • Source of verification

This is your audit trail — transparent and review-friendly.

Recent Evidence Submissions

A separate feed for GPX and Photo uploads, so you can track what you’ve submitted and its review status.

Credits and uploads are intentionally separated — because clarity builds trust.

Ride-by-Ride Progress

For every ride you’ve joined, you’ll see:

  • Total waypoints in the ride
  • How many you’ve credited
  • Completion percentage
  • Last credited timestamp
  • Quick access to ride-specific uploads and submissions

Each ride becomes its own progress tracker.

🏁 Rally Coordinator Dashboard

Control the Rally. Protect the Rules.

The Rally Coordinator Dashboard is built for structured ride management and verification oversight.

Coordinators can:

  • Create and manage rides
  • Attach waypoint groups
  • Define verification rules (GPS, GPX, Photo)
  • Monitor rider progress
  • Review edge-case evidence
  • Track near-miss and audit data

Credits are automatically awarded when rules are satisfied — but coordinators retain oversight for review when needed.

Everything is visible. Everything is logged. Nothing is ambiguous.

🛡 Admin Dashboard

System Oversight. Operational Integrity.

The Admin Dashboard provides full platform visibility and operational control.

Admins can:

  • Monitor GPS ingestion health
  • Audit waypoint hit records
  • Review verification logs
  • Manage coordinators and access permissions
  • Diagnose device linking and geofence status
  • Ensure replay-safe, duplicate-proof crediting

MotoTracker is designed to be audit-first and integrity-driven.

Admins don’t just see activity — they see structured, verifiable records.

The MotoTracker Difference

Most ride apps track movement.
MotoTracker verifies achievement.

Every dashboard reinforces one principle:

If it counts, it’s recorded.
If it’s recorded, it’s auditable.
